Agency: Too easy, but we’ll need a pub, some sheep farmers and a dog.

Lice in sheep are a common and costly pest causing a major negative impact on Australian wool production. The loucicide market is dominated by established multi-nationals. The challenge was given to Forte to create a TVC that conveys the benefits of Australian-made Exilice to sheep farmers in rural Australia and on a tight budget.

We jumped on an insight from our sheep farmers that nobody ever admits to having lice in their mob, at least not in public.

If you’re wondering where this was shot, we found a classic outback pub in regional NSW - the Sofala Hotel
The Sofala locals were an overwhelming hit, with many of the locals taking part in the shoot itself. As Thomas Dirnberger, Creative Director of Forte says ‘ Get the location right first and the rest falls into place.’
